Is there anyway to configure assignment to be routed to either a worklist or a workbasket?

I have a requirement to configure assignment to be routed to either a worklist or a workbasket, Looking for more inputs on this.

Try the Param.SwitchToWorkBasket parameter mentioned in the post below. The Assign-Worklist.AddAssign checks this parameter.
