Rule selected on utility smart shape disappears

Problem When adding a utility smart shape to a flow and selecting an available activity / utility from the drop-down, in some cases, the selected rule disappears when leaving the field.
Solution The rule can be typed in by hand to avoid this behavior and one should click away to leave the field instead of using the tab key.

@StefanJ Does your activity require an input parameters? Does your log file show any errors like "Value cannot be blank"?
We have seen these scenarios if Utility shape in flow doesn't accept parameters after submit, due to parameter invalid name. ( pzInsKey )
Can you double-check the naming used for these parameters and avoid using pzInsKey because it's a primary key for Pega database tables.
if your issue is occurring on Enterprise Edition, then please log a support incident via the MSP. (Creating a support ticket)

@MarijeSchillern Thanks for your quick response! The activity does not require any input parameters. The error "Value cannot be blank" pops up as soon as I leave the field (after selecting my activity from the drop-down). I'll reach out to our LSA to log a support ticket.

@StefanJ the support ticket was closed as 'Expected Behaviour' with the following explanation:
Behaviour encountered:
the issue is not about choosing activity from util shape but when we chose automation from utility shape we can't find data transform as an option to chose.
There is workaround if you chose utility shape from app studio and add it with data transform selected.
Solution type description:
Utility shape you are referring is used to call activities and automations from a process, and not data transforms. Whenever you want to add data transform you need to use automation -> Data transform.

It is add->Automations->Data transform, while you where trying add ->Utility. Those two are different.
