Problem Statement: 

Unable to view Parameters in "Run Data Transform" smart utility shape within flow 

Additional info:

> created test DT with In and Out params (and marked it as relevant). 

> Added new utility (Run Data Transform) shape in Flow. 

> selected DT created at step1 and NO option to pass params
