Utility shape
Hi ,
I'am using PEGA version 8.4 and while creating a new case type i need to include utility as a step in my process , but cannot find utility shape in process modeler also. Can someone help me in this regard. Thanks. Ashish Gupta

Hi,
If you are opening the case type from App Studio click on "Open Process in Dev Studio" link. If you are opening case type from Dev studio click on "Open Process".

Now you can see Utility shape in the list.

You can add it in the flow rule corresponding to that process. You can not add it directly in the case type editor. 😃

When you try to add new shape in the Flow rule, is utility shape not there in the list?

Hi
You should open the flow to add the utility shape. It will not be present in Process Modeler. Click on Open Process available at top right corner. Then you can add the Utility in the flow rule 😀

@Shyju Thanks it works But Can you find the reason why when we click the utility option is not seen in some section?
