Using utility after wait shape is not working
I am using an utility after wait shape. Utility is executing correctly but after execution case status is not changing. Please help me, how can I update the status after utility shape. I have tried "updatestatus" activity to update status but it is also not updating the case status.

The case status would get changed when you call ‘UpdateStatus’ activity. Make sure you are not committing a stale copy of the work page or overriding the work page.
