Routing WO to workbasket using utility shape
Hi,
I would like to route this WOB to a workbasket outside of the flow in order to avoid having to use an assignment shape and subsequent flow action.
The reason ,I was trying to do the routing outside of a flow was because immediately after the start shape, I enter into a screen flow. Since I couldn't do the routing inside the screen flow I needed to have a preliminary assignment shape(for routing) which then required a flow action that led to the screen flow. This resulted in a useless piece of UI that a user would have to click through to get to the screen flow.

In the assignment shape itself,there is a check box Allow auto-process where you need to give the immediate flow action name that you want to skip. This will enable the flow to move to the next step.

Workbasket or worklist instances are always a record of assignment table which means an assignment shape and flow action is always needed. If you want the user to avoid clicking on the screen, pega 7 provides a feature of STP in assignment shape (Allow auto-process). This feature enables the flow to move to the next step without any user intervention whenever that assignment shape is reached.

This does not seem to work for me. After ticking Allow auto-process, I have set the When to Always then the flow action of the immediate connector. Am I doing something wrong here?
