Query related to ""Run Data Flow" shape in Flow
Pega 7.4, "Run Interaction" shape is replaced with "Run Data Flow".
In Pega 7.2, we use to call "Run Interaction" shape in flow to
- Run Strategy and store the results in Clipboard page.
- After the customer response, we use to store the results in "Interaction History" and "Visual Business Director" or "Database".
In Pega 7.4, By calling "Run Data Flow" shape in flow
Query 1: How can we store the Strategy results in Clipboard page?
Query 2: How can we store the customer response in "Interaction History"?

You can explore the implementation patterns you need by looking at the decisioning reference application. Add the DMSample:Administrators access group to your operator record, and switch to DMSample.
- This you define by telling the run data flow shape which output page will be used. In DMSample, open the OfferRecommendation process flow in the DMOrg-DMSample-Work-CustomerDesk class, and inspect the Next Best Action shape.
- The data flow explicitly defines its destinations. In this case, the run data flow shape only defines which strategy to run. In DMSample, open the OfferRecommendation process flow in the DMOrg-DMSample-Work-CustomerDesk class, and inspect the Capture Results shape. At a minimum, to set responses, you will need to write to the pxInteractionHistory data set destination. Additional destination can be added depending on how you want to further propagate the response data.

Ans for Query 1: Open Run Data flow shape properties, there you can give clipboard page name to collect the results of the Data flow.
Ans for Query 2: After collecting the responses you can call Data flow which will write the responses to required data sets.
