Query on Routing a case to Workbasket through local action/optional action

Hi All,

My requirement is to route a case to a particular Workbasket when user select a list of approvers from either the local action/optional action. This local/optional action will be available to the user till the end of the case and he can have a facility to select the approvers at any screen and route the particular case on which he is working currently to WB.

I have tried to use "pytransferassignment","Reaasignto Workbasket", "ToWorkBasket" at the post action of optional/local action. But the routing details are getting updated on the assignment page instead of Workpage. Kindly help me on how to achieve this requirement.

Try checking out the PEGA OOTB action for Reassign. Use the same logic for your local action. It works.
