Query on Optional Action
Hi,
We have added an optional action for a case and also implemented SLA for it. Now when we are opening an Optional action screen, the deadlines are visible on the UI. Is it expected behavior in Pega?.
For few WO we are not able to see the deadlines on Optional action screen but for few other cases the deadlines are visible on the UI.
Kindly let me know whether the deadlines visibility is an OOTB functionality.

No..We have not used the OOTB local action, Created a new Flow action for pour requirement.
