OPTIONAL ACTION was not present in case type designer
Hello,
In case type designer, there was no OPTIONAL ACTION and its show a calender.
it shows only Life cycle
Also i am not able to "Resolve stage" for last stage.
Can you please suggest how to change.

@SUDHARSANN Hi, try adding utility shape at the end, I mean after your last step or mail, then pass this activity "UpdateStatus" and provide appropriate StatusWork "Resolved-Completed".

its issue in the control, try to check using live UI,
Click live ui , place the cursor on the lifecycle, open it with open icon, check which section rule it is referring.
it should refer pzDisplayStagesAndProcesses section in Pega-ProcessArchitect:08-07-01 ruleset ,
the same with the stage properties also check which rule it is referring.
it should refer pyResolutionDetails
