How to change case type name in case manager portal

Hi All,

I have a requirement in my application  for example i created  casetype with ABC name but i want show casetype name in  manager portal  with ABCD name . any idea.

Hi @notij485,

Can you try out the below steps.

Open the case type rule of the ABC case type and update the description value to ABCD. 

Log off and log In back to reflect the changes in manager portal.

To see attachments, please log in.
