Create case (Independent not child) from current case by using local action/optional proces and open independent case in new tab.

Hi Team,

 

I have requirement like Create case (Independent  not child) from current case by using local action and open independent case in new tab.

 

But am facing an issue like when case is created in local action(post processing ---> svcaddworkobject activity or  as in pre processing i tried to call svcaddworkobject to create independent case) it is opening new case in current case.

How to avoid this , Kindly help me with this issue.

Hi Team,

 

Issue got resolved. I have used optional process and used create case smart shape instead of  svcaddworkobject and an assignment shape in pre processing am passing data from current case to independent  case . On submit button data gets comitted to independent case created.
