Pega Call 8.3 - Cisco ECC Variables Data Type and MaxLength
In the documenation 'Pega Call Configuration and Operations Guide CTI Link with Cisco Finesse CTI 8.3', the systems requirements state the need to configure three expanded call context (ECC) variables in Cisco Finesse: userOldCallId, userOrigCallId, and userCPMInteractionID to support call transfers using the same interaction context.
Please confirm the data types and maximum lengths for these ECC variables given restrictions on total length for ECC ( 2000 bytes) . From what we gather
userOldCallId should be a 32 bit int ( 4 bytes)
userOrigCallId should be a 32 bit int ( 4 bytes)
userCPMInteractionID should be a max of 32 char ( 32 bytes)
