Pega Call 7.1.7 - and integration to Cisco ICM
Hi,
We will be integrating the Pega 7.1.7 to Cisco UCCE 11.5 for screen pop and call control. There is lots of documentation but not a specific Pega 7.1.7 document that details the integration to the Cisco Agent PGs.
It may be the case that I use the *nearest* document - but what Ports and Protocols will I have to open up between the Pega platform and the hosted Cisco platform , I see some screenshots but would rather see these in a Pega document proper?
