Pega Call 7.1.7 - and integration to Cisco ICM
Hi,
We will be integrating the Pega 7.1.7 to Cisco UCCE 11.5 for screen pop and call control. There is lots of documentation but not a specific Pega 7.1.7 document that details the integration to the Cisco Agent PGs.
It may be the case that I use the *nearest* document - but what Ports and Protocols will I have to open up between the Pega platform and the hosted Cisco platform , I see some screenshots but would rather see these in a Pega document proper?

hi, Thanks for the response, PEGA is now getting as far as the Cisco CTI server.
The query I have is this, Client ID and Password are also required - we've created an 'application instance' on the Cisco platform with a username of PEGA and given this a password.
Can you confirm this is all we need to do - or better still do you have a worked example stating exactly what we need to enable this connection ?
Client ID – Required. Enter the User ID for the CTI user or connection on the CTI Server.
Password – Enter the password for the CTI user ID on the CTI Server.
