PEGA Call 8.3 integration with CISCO(ICM/UCCE/Finesse)
Hi All,
We have a business requirement to enable the telephony feature from PEGA desktop applications.
As part of this integration, we are going to integrate with CISCO telephony systems using PEGA Call feature in PEGA Customer service application.
Hence i want to confirm that , do we need to import any external JDK files into PEGA to support CTI integration with CISCO from PEGA applications? I have not seen anything about this in the PEGA call implementation documents. Attached the same for your reference.
If any body has implemented this CTI integration with CISCO from pega applications , could you please let me know ?
