Kindly advise if Cisco Finesse is supported by Pega Call 7.21 (packaged as part of CustomerService_7.21 ) or support starts from Pega Call 7.22 onward. Is there any strategy available to make it backward compatible to support earlier Pega Call version?
There is a plan for cisco finesse support in a future release of Pegacall. I believe the plan will be to utilize the finesse web services. I do not have an exact date. I would suggest you reach out to your Pega Account Executive and then can speak to the Pegacall product owner to get more specifics.
