@MarijeSchillern I don't see anything in the documentation you shared about when Pega integration will support CISCO Finesse V15.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the table that @MarijeSchillern shared above in her reply, it appears that our requirements to use Cisco Finesse are versions 11.5 and higher.
Currently, Pega has not officially announced support for Cisco Finesse version 15. Based on the latest information, Pega Call supports Cisco Finesse versions starting from 11.5 and higher.
