CTI Integration between Pega 8.1 and Cisco Unified CCX - Finesse

We are trying to establish an integration between Pega 8.1 and Finesse that is over CISCO Unified CCX 11.6 so

could you please list the steps we need to follow to configure the CTILink Finesse on PegaCall

This is what i have for ref and preparation for the move to 8.1   We are presently working on trying to implement this on 7.4 along with the full launch of the platform for CS.
