CTI integration with Pega

I'm new to the concept of CTI integration with Pega. I have gone through pdn community regarding CTI configuration. Please help to get the open CTI link server host name, peripheral ID and port. Can someone illustrate brief in completing pega call configuration.

Hi, 

to get the server details (ip and host name etc) you need to contact the Third party provider(Avaya  or cisco).

For configuring the CTI ,Please follow the configuration and Operations guide based on application version. It contains detailed explanation of Pega Call concepts:
