Pega Call Integration with Open CTI

Hi,

Pega does not support Pega Call Integration with Enghouse CTI connect by default. It has to be done through Open CTI. There are some documents in pdn, but they dont detail how this can be done.

Is there any document which details how open CTI Integration can be acheived in Pega 8.
