Not able to reach Pega from Developer console (Alexa integration)
I was able to connect to Pega from Postmaster and was not able to hit pega from amazon developer console. Found the URL is correct. Nothing showing up in the Tracer. What are all the possibilities of error.

Check the header information. Have a logger in the first step of your service activity and check if the request is coming through. If the postmaster app is deployed in your then you can try doing a ping and see if the connection is going through. Next bet would be to remove authentication an check if the request comes through

Hi Divakar,
Just as a sanity check, are you sure that your Pega server is visible to the public Internet and not only visible to your internal network? Try a service like https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime to make sure your server is publicly reachable. Second, verify that your SSL certificate is both valid and using a publicly trusted CA.

Hi James,
I followed the same steps mentioned in the PDN link and i am getting the same error "The remote endpoint could not be called, or the response it returned was invalid."
When i see the log files i am only seeing one error"
Problem executing activity: Code-Security.AlexaAuthentication com.pega.pegarules.pub.runtime.LibraryFunctionNotFoundException: Problem invoking function: alexachannel_datetime.parseISO8601Datetime--(String), "
I have recompiled the function and generated library again but the same error still persists.
Can you please help. I am doing this on the Pega Labs Cloud URL.
