Alexa Integration with Pega
During Alexa Integration, whenever I tried to test the created skill definition in amazon developer portal, the service response is "The remote endpoint could not be called, or the response it returned was invalid" even though the end point is secured and publicly available. (PFA screenshot)
The same url is used in facebook integration and it worked. Can you please suggest what might be the other possibilities for the above error.

I followed the same steps mentioned in the PDN link and i am also getting the same error "The remote endpoint could not be called, or the response it returned was invalid."
When i see the log files i am only seeing one error"
Problem executing activity: Code-Security.AlexaAuthentication com.pega.pegarules.pub.runtime.LibraryFunctionNotFoundException: Problem invoking function: alexachannel_datetime.parseISO8601Datetime--(String), "
I have recompiled the function and generated them again but the same error still persists.
This is the same error what others also are getting in the same discussion. Can you please help.

Hi Krishna,
The alexachannel_datetime.parseISO8601Datetime issue has been fixed in the newest 7.3.1 Alexa component on the Exchange. Please download the updated exchange component here and see if the issue persists.
