Problem connecting to amazon web services ( Alexa integration)

Trying to connect from pega to amazon alexa. Am getting the following error

"The remote endpoint could not be called, or the response it returned was invalid.'

Was able to see the URL hosted in pega is http:// Proprietary information hidden/prweb/PRRestService/alexachannel/srv/alexa

URL in amazon is https:// Proprietary information hidden/prweb/PRRestService/alexachannel/srv/alexa

is amazon does not support http?

If pega's service URL has to be changed what should be done.

I just tried the URL (directly from a browser): there doesn't seem to be anything on the other side ?

 

This site can’t be reached

 Proprietary information hidden took too long to respond.

 

 

(Or maybe I was missing some credentials ?)
