Alexa Pega Integration Simulation is working, but how to test the integration with actual Amazon Echo/Dot device?
Hi,
I have created the skills in developer.amazon.com as per PDN documentation and the simulation is working. I am getting response from Pega server in the simulation request.
Now, I have to integrate with real Amazon Echo/Dot device. I have the device and its configured with basic Alexa features. Now, how can I integrate the device with Pega? Can you provide the steps to follow?

Yes, this is the documentation I was referring. The final "Test" section illustrated how the skill setup can be tested using Simulation. And, it worked for me. Now, I was trying to replicate the test using actual Echo Dot device that I had.

Hi Santanu,
There shouldn't be any additional steps to test the skill on an Alexa device. As long as the hardware device was set up using the same Amazon ID that the Alexa skill was developed under, it should be available. You can go to the Alexa mobile application then navigate to Skills > Your Skills and you should see your development skill. Make sure it is enabled there and you can then test it on the device by using the invocation name defined on the skill e.g. "Alexa ask Food Finder to ...."
