I have integrated Alexa with Pega. Now when i create case from alexa it does parse the data from alexa to Pega.
Alexa is passing the correct request with slot value but I am not able to extract the data in pega end.Attached the request sent from Alexa.

@Piotr Skowronek now i am able to pass data from alexa to pega and vise versa. but it created case seperately i need to create interaction inside Cutomer 360. How to implement this? any OOTB for this? I tried CPMCreateInteraction Activity to create Interaction case. But it doesnt have Interaction type as Alexa

@abdulr697 OK, so, Alexa component doesn't create interactions and CS doesn't have integration with Alexa per se.

@abdulr697 Alexa was never a CS supported channel. That is to say, we never implemented a corresponding Virtual Assistant Interaction work type (pattern inheritance off of PegaCA-Work-Interaction-VA-). Trying to implement this as a one-off in the field would be challenging and would likely leave a client with significant conflict exposure surface during updates; especially given the evolutionary changes our digital channels have undergone since the Alexa channel was published.
