Alexa not able to create a new casetype from developer portal

I was able to create a new Alexa channel and if I enter the invocation message in the developer portal then it says the welcome message from the Pega portal. But when I enter the create case command then it is saying "Sorry, I don't understand. Could you clarify what do you want to do?". Can anyone help me to solve this issue. I want to create a new case from the amazon developer portal using Alexa.

@SaurabhG7134I have created a create case command in alexa channel in pega. But when i run it in alexa developer website then it is not creating a case.So i need some more detail explanation on how it works. And thanks for your reply saurabh.
