Not able to connect Pega from Alexa

Getting the below exception when doing validation in Amazon developer console:

 

"The skill must respond to all launch requests without an error response.

The skill does not successfully respond to one or more launch requests from Alexa. Please note that the skill should handle all launch requests from Alexa gracefully without an error response from the endpoint. Documentation Help: Understanding handling launch requests"

Build is showing as successfully. There are no errors but we are seeing the above error when clicking Run button in the validation (Certification tab - Validation Option)

 

Am I missing anything to successfully integrate Alexa with Pega?

Hi,

Please verify the endpoints you have specified in Alexa Console - they must be:

  • internet reachable
  • be HTTPS with valid SSL certificate

Please return with feedback whether the endpoints are ok.
