Alexa based Smart Interaction - Connectivity Issue
Hi Everyone,
We are doing a POC on Alexa bot integration with PEGA.
Configured Alexa bot as per:

After the configuration we've added Alexa skill in AWS.
when we tried to Test it with input - open my Health Insurance
we are getting the response as - There was a problem with the requested skill's response
When we traced it, we got the below info:
CL: Data-Channel-Configuration ID: pzLoadConversationalRule RS:Pega-ProcessEngine:08-01-01 (Currently Failing in this rule)
Step 2 in above activity failing as below property value is null ..
.pzChannelRuleHandle - this property value is null
please help us on this issue.
