Alexa Error in AWS Developer portal
Dear Team,
I created one skill and try to test that from Developer portal, I got the below error while testing.
" I cannot resolve the hostname for the requested skill "
could you please help me to find the issue.

Thanks for your reply.
Below steps I have followed to create the Aleza
1.Created the Pega application,
2.Created the skill in AWS Developer portal and linked the skill with Pega application,
3.tried to test from AWS portal, then I got the error.

Hi Vamsi,
I think you may have your endpoint URL configured incorrectly in the Amazon developer portal. Try checking the endpoint URL in the Channel Srv Alexa service package rule.

when I open the Srv Alexa service package link from Page PRPC, I got the http:// link, but in the endpoint URL it is mandatory to provide https:// , so I secured my connection to use the secure port 8443 instead of local host 8080. still I am getting the same error. Please advise.

Hi Vamsi,
Make sure you've selected the correct option for your SSL in the Amazon developer portal. I would recommend you trace the Channel srv Alexa service package endpoint in Pega to get a better idea of what the issue is.
