Error while loading developer portal
I am getting this error when I launch developer portal. My app is on v5.5. Please suggest what may be missing
GetDeveloperMenuXML returned empty data! contact Administrator

When was the last time you were able to login successfully? Try and document all of the recent changes that may have taken place before this error.
e.g. browser changes, application changes, etc.
Is this reproducible with the OOTB admin operator?
What browser/version are you using, and in what mode?

It broke around three weeks back.I am using IE 11 in compatibility mode and see all the active x controls. There was no change in application or browser, but I do remember right before it stopped working, I had logged in app running on v6.3.
