Pega7 Developer portal not loading properly
Hi,
We have upgraded to Pega7.
When we login with any of our application developer operator-ID the developer portal is not loaded properly.
Developer portal is properly loaded when we login with [email protected].
Let us know how to resolve the issue.

Hello Karmac,
Thank you for your query. Could you provide more detail of your upgrade. What database, application server are you using? Which version did you upgrade from and to (7.1.x)? Are you using the correct browser versions?

Did you customize any js files. We have seen this issue when pega_ui_harness_deffered js file is being customized.
If there are any customizations, please reapply the customizations on Pega 7 versions of those rules

Root cause:- Your application is still pointing to Pega lower version. (Like if you upgrade from pega 6.1 then your applicaiton must be point to PegaRules:06-XX-XX )
Solutions:- Log in with [email protected] and open your application and change Base rulesets version to 07-XX-XX eg PegaRules:07-XX-XX. Log out and login with your Application operator. This time it will work.
