Portal not loading properly

We have upgraded the 5.5 system to 7.1. We have the functionality of coming back to the user portal and open the default wide pane after submitting a request.In 5.5 it is working fine.But in 7 after submitting the request it is showing me a blank screen at the right side.We are still using the classic portals of 5.5 in upgraded 7.

Any help or suggestion is highly appreciated

As Pega7 is HTML5 and CSS3 generation UI, your existing 5.5 portals no longer works or required lot of changes to make it to work.

 

Please refere to the following artical for more information what are the portal's supported on Pega7 along with different browsers.
