Developer portal (designer studio) is not loading properly after upgrading to pega 7.1.9 from pega 6.1

In browser deugging tools we are seeing the following errors.

pega.tools.Queue is not a function

"pega.lang.extend failed, please check that all dependencies are included."

"pega.ui.property is not a function"

"this.getRepeatObject is not a function"
