Upgrade from 7.1.7 to 7.1.9
Hi
I am planning to upgrade my application from 7.1.7 to 7.1.9. DO i have to upgrade it to 7.1.8 and then 7.1.9 or can i upgrade it to 7.1.9 seamlessly ?
Does any one noticed any issue with 7.1.7 to 7.1.9 upgrade ? I heard from one of my fried that he had some issues with upgrading from 7.1.7 to 7.1.9 and he ended up doing a fresh install of 7.1.9.

You can move directly from Pega 7.1.7 to 7.1.9. See the Pega 7.1.9 Platform Update Guide

As mentioned by carbs, we can directly update Pega 7.1.7 to 7.1.9. Normally moving from Pega 7.1.x to the Pega 7.1.9 called as "update". Ensure that while performing update, take Update Distribution Kit. This contains cumulative fixes and enhancement to the product since 7.1.0. And smaller in size than Upgrade Distribution Kit.
In update process script omits 3 ANT targets as pre version of pega is already on 7.x:

2. UpgradeJavaSyntax
3. RemapDatabaseTables
