Case Worker Portal not loading properly
Kindly help me to resolve below production issue.
When user log in to the Case Worker portal it displays as per the screenshot. In lower environment we have faced this issue very rarely and when we take a new session issue is resolved.
As per the production users this is frequent and even though they take a new session, issue remains same. We are in a process of identifing the root cause.
Appreciate if anyone can help.
