OnClick button actions issue in Case Worker portal
Hello,
I'm facing an issue in Case worker portal where there are multiple buttons are configured in UI ,on clicking those buttons pop up windows should display but the pop up's are not displaying. I have tested the same configuration in CaseManager Portal it is working fine in Manager portal. I kindly request you to solve my issue.

@AkhilR03Did you trace the event from worker portal? any kind of exception or something trying to access which don,t have previlage for worker user group? just a thought, please trace once share if you found anything significant.

1)Yes I did trace the activities are not triggering I couldn't find any exception or something, except for one button function there is Pzruntime error in java step with failed status.
2)Regarding Access role I have configured to my user workgroup and manager workgroup .In Casemanager portal it is working but not in case worker portal.
3) And screen will be stuck whenever we click on buttons in Worker portal. (screenshort 21)

@AkhilR03 So that is the issue , the exception is blocking to load pydisplayharness page, you need to check why that exception is happening, from screen shot i didn't see much details about the root cause , i saw some DT in your branch ruleset, not sure is there something wrong, please revisit those and try to find out the root cause of the exception.

@Avik Mitra thank for your reply but this issue is resolved, I have changed screen layout now it is working fine!!
