No Action fired after clicking button in Case Worker portal

Hello,

I'm facing an issue in Case worker portal where there are multiple buttons are configured in UI ,on clicking  I have tested the same configuration in Case Manager Portal it is working fine in Manager portal. I kindly request you to solve my issue.

Hi @RamanaiahS3459: Were you able to check with live UI to make sure the buttons configured for user portal is having the actions defined same as the button configured for manager portal? If not, may be a different section used for user portal / a visibility issue. 

Also please check in tracer and logs for any errors.
