Why cases Created by Case workers are not shown under "Cases" TAB of Case worker portal
Hi Team,
We have customized Case worker portal as per our requirement and we have created couple of cases. But when we click in Cases navigation button on the left side no cases were listed. Why? Is it expected? We need to show cases created by the user in Tree structure (Sub cases shown as children).

We have written custom activities to fetch Cases' details created by the logged in user and it worked. Not sure why OOTB rules for populating case details is not working.

Hi Arun,
In the link which you have provided talks about customizing "My Work" tab. But in my case I don't want to customize "Cases" tab. I just want it to work as expected. Even on the original Case Worker portal no cases are displayed under "Cases" tab.

Hi,
Can you please check if the work objects are transferred properly to the desired operator. Once it transfers to the correct operator you can log in to caseworker portal using User login. I hope it is clear. Please let me know in case of further clarifications.

I'm new to Pega. Can you please let me know on how we can check if work objects are transferred to the User. Hope you are suggesting this to get the cases created by me in "Cases" tab (in tree grid structure) of Case Worker.
