Case Worker portal, view Workqueue items
We are in Pega Platform 8.2
The Case Manager portal has 'Dashboard' that lets the user (manager) view assignments in both workqueues and team members worklist.
The Case Worker portal doesn't have the Dashboard. The 'My Teams' lets the case worker see his team members and the list of workqueues and the count of assignments in them.
How can a case worker (Case Worker portal) view the tasks in his Workqueues?

Hi,
The case worker portal has 'My Work' on the left pane. It contains all the tasks assigned to the particular user (case worker) including the ones picked from work queues.

My work in case worker portal only shows assigned list and it doesn't cover work queues. Get next work fetches the assignment considering both work list and work queues based on the work settings defined in the operator record.

You can customize the portal add workbasket display assigned to operator workgroup. Refer pyWorkGroupList section or you can use same portal for both manager and user and then limit other actions for users based on privileges.
