Search results opened in new window in case worker portal
If I search using a keyword in case worker portal, cases corresponding to that keyword are fetched correctly.
But when I open the results in a new window, instead of matching cases , all cases are getting displayed without any filtering.
Can I get any leads on why it is happening

Did you check "WorkSearchGadget" OOTB section? Please refer the attached screnshot and look at the configurations.
Basically, by default it need to work. If the configurations are accurate, try with multiple approaches like logging with different Op Ids, clear caches.
Please let me know if the issue still persists.

I have tried with different operator IDs as well as after clearing cache.
Still issue is same, the initial search result is working fine, but when the results are opened in a new window for case worker portal, filtering based on the search string is not happening, instead all cases are displayed.
where as same is working fine for case manager portal
The condition is same for all our pega applications .
