Newly created case is not showing in the search result OOTB
Hi Pega Support team,
For your advice and checking please, created a new case wherein it has a keyword of 'tst123', and after case creation, I've tried to search it using the OOTB search API and the newly created case is not showing in the search results.
I've also re-indexed the classes related to the case searched, but still not showing in the search result.
Appreciate your immediate response on this concern, TYIA!

1. Is the issue only for newly created case? then verify on Class rule whether "Exclude from Full Search" is unchecked.
2. If it's for all cases types which was created recently then check, FTSIncrementalIndexer Agent is up and running and all the nodes are up and running without any issues.

Ans: Yes for newly created cases only, Class rule "Exclude from Full Search" is unchecked.
2. If it's for all cases types which was created recently then check, FTSIncrementalIndexer Agent is up and running and all the nodes are up and running without any issues.
Ans: Yes FTSIncrementalIndexer Queue Processor is up and running without any issues.
