pega0004-alert-quantity-data-received-database-query-exceeds-limit when trying to PEGA OOTB activity

System throwing PEGA 00004 alert whille trying to run OOTB activity : ReindexingforWorkClass.

 

Error in Logs:

com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: The number of database bytes input for this interaction has exceeded the ERROR level for Requestor B4SEWNDWF8AG8PKD79CE6TMJ8NS73P2IJA, operator Anusha Maximum bytes: 600000000 Actual bytes: 600307926:

interaction maximum limit can be modified in Prconfig.xml or DSS.

 

Can anyone tell me what is the DSS we can use for updating max MB.

Hi @TejaswiP16741492: Can you please check this regarding the PEGA0004. Please see this oh how to create DSS for prconfig values.

Please note that careful consideration (overall application) should be taken before changing the default threshold values.
