How to process a case out of an assignment without user interaction.
I'll brief our requirement below, any help would be greatly appreciated. System displays stages of a case (section: NavigationDisplayProcesses), on click of Continue, system will fetch its current assignment and flow action with highest likelihood will be displayed. requirement is to skip this flow action and continue to next where a screen flow is displayed. Thanks in advance.

There is a html fragment named "ActionAutoSubmit", which will be forwarding the process without the user interaction which is part of ruleset Pega-EndUserUI:07-10-21 this can help.

Thanks for your reply, as a work around we are using the same HTML AutoActionSubmit now.
Problem with this HTML is, FlowAction will be displayed for at least 3 seconds and then Case moves further.
I'm looking for a solution that will do all of this stuff backend and will show user what he/she wants to see(which is next assignment).

Hi,
As the requirement is flow action should run in the back end this can help.
In the flow at the assignment shape we have a check box named "Allow auto-process". Please check it true and it will ask for a when condition which you can give as true always. Also, here you can specify the required flow action which needs to get processed in back end.

What I believe it should not be skipped all the time, it should be skipped based on some condition. If that the case then you can have a fork in the flow and skip the assignment as you want.
If the assignment is supposed to be skipped all the time, then you can remove the assignment and have the pre and post process in the utility.

This should get skipped all the time and we cannot remove the assignment as it is the work basket from where any of a group can pick and start working on a case.
Business is expecting to launch a screenflow as soon as any user picks a Case from Workbasket. (They don't want an extra click on the workbasket that moves case to Screenflow)
