Pass in case from Recents without Assignments

Hello everyone!
I need to solve the problem. The client portal has a "Recent" tab. At the click of a customer element, it is transferred to the Assigments. How to skip the section Assigments and go directly to the flow of the case.
I am using Pega 7.4.

Hello,

I think "RECENT" is showing WorkObjects not assignments.

So if your WorkObjects is having multiple assignments the system will never know which one to open open as per your screen shot.

Did you got the solution for this? we do have a similar issue and also user is able to access assignments and perform them even though the assignment is assigned to different work list / work basket.
