Opening an Assignment from the Recents Tab

Hi,

We are trying to open an assignment from the "RECENT" tab. We are using, on Click , "Run Script" with funtion name "pega.desktop.OpenAssignment" and the key as .pxInsName . When we are trying to open a WO from Recent, we are getting an error "

Object key Read/write true
Harness class Frame name
Error message java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

PFA error... Kindly suggest a workaround.

Hi Marc,

We are using PEGA 7.1 Version. 

Its a tabbed screen flow Harness, and we are using @baseclass.errors section and FlowActionHTML_Simple section along with one of our application related section "CloseConsultation" . I have attached the screenshot of the configuration...

I do not know what is causing StringIndexOutOfBoundsException in your particular case, but, I suggest you to review this SA article and see if it helps!

Hi,

Is the reported behaviour happens only for any particular work object or for all the work objects. Also, have you seen the same error message in the logs and can you provide the stack trace for the same?
