Currently, I am facing an issue in my personal edition (v8.6), the issue is when I am trying to open a case or work item by clicking on it from the Recents menu in the portal. It is not opening and the screen is getting blank.
I also tried to trace the issue but no warning or error is coming in the tracer.
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. If you have observed this before or if you can guide me through this, it will be a great help.
