Assigning a Case to Work Object
Is there any pega OOTB property which records the DateTime at which assignment is routed to a particular workBasket. I have a requirement that GetnextWork will pick up the object that was in the WorkBasket for longest hour.

yes pxAssignDateTime is correct, also when a new assignment is created, in your case when its routed to the workbasket, the pxcreatedatetime will also be the same as pxAssignDateTime , so you can use even that.
So to meet your requirement you need to customize the getnectaction to use any of these property ..
Also another way is to define a SLA to your workbasket to increase the urgency of the WO when it passes certain time (say goal), and then another time (say deadline)...

Thanks for the reply. But the problem is pxCreateDateTime may not be same as pxAssignDateTime. As the case can be created earlier but came to the particular assignment later.Also for urgency we need to choose some interval and between that interval urgency value may be same. We need to pick the case which came to the partiular assignment (routed to the WB) the earliest. Thats how wondering how will I customize my GetNextWork
