In case of parallel processing can 2 users work on diff assignments simultaneously?-If yes how to configure this

@TanyaS58 yes, using optimistic locking. In case type locking tab, you have to enable allow multiple users option, that is optimistic locking. If its default locking, only one user can work on a case at a time.
