Existing interaction header is showing in customer 360 portal on opening a new interaction.
I have already opened few interactions and then I am trying to open a new interaction (phone call / research). During that time existing tab is selecting and that interaction header is shown. It is not reproducible every time. Did any one faced this issue ?
Pega version : 7.31
Appreciate if you can help me out on understanding the root cause.
