Old Interactions(V6.x) can't be opened in new interaction portals(V7.x) ?

Hi,

We are in the upgrade of our application from V6.2 to V7.1.9. We have done the upgrade of Pega and the corresponding CPMHC FW as well. We started using new Interactions portals in V7.1.9. As per the below article, we can't open the old interactions created in legacy portals(tabbed navigation) from new interaction portals??. We are into that situation now and we would like to know if any alternative for resolving this issue from any customer after upgrade done. Not sure, if any SR is useful in this context.

Hi Ravi,

Did you try to open? You can still acess CSR portal in V7.1.9 right, so can open in that.

Please let me know.

Hi Ravi,

On reviewing the SR, it was concluded that one cannot open legacy interactions in the new CPM Interaction portal. We noticed that a few suggestions were also provided to move forward. Please let us know about any progress in this journey!
